Things didn’t work out for Leah Bourdo and her ex-husband, Steve. They have 2 children together and have mended their relationship so they can co-parent their kids, as friends. Something not everyone is able to do.

Good Morning America shared this video that went viral because Leah filmed her ex-husband, Steve, proposing to his new girlfriend. Clearly, these co-parents have put their kids first and want happiness for their family.

What an incredible story and an excellent example of what it looks like to be adults who care so much about their children, and each other’s happiness, they’ve moved forward as an extended family. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work for every scenario and relationships can be very messy. But it’s pretty cool to see it happen, when it works well!
